Shipping Policy
We ship across India. Shipping costs vary depending on your location, but we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹799.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and usually range between 5–14 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
At DONE, we take extra care to provide accurate product details so you know exactly what you’re ordering. As a policy, we do not accept returns.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please write to us at donestationers@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XYZ-XXXXXXX, and we’ll arrange an exchange. The product must be unused, with its original tags and invoice.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of dissatisfaction alone. In exceptional cases, we may approve a return/exchange — but please note:

For exchanges, you will bear both-way shipping charges (from your address to our warehouse, and back to you).

For returns, you will bear the shipping cost from your address to our warehouse.
Our team will perform a quality check on all returned items. If any damage is found, a partial deduction will be applied before your refund is processed.
For exchanges of higher-value products, you’ll need to pay the price difference (plus shipping) in advance. Your new product will be shipped once we’ve received and checked your original order.
Incorrect Contact Details
If incorrect contact details are provided and the courier cannot reach you, the package will return to our warehouse.
We’ll try contacting you via your registered phone/email:

If successful, we’ll resend the package with an additional delivery charge.

If we cannot reach you, a refund will be issued (minus shipping charges).
Please contact us within 15 days of placing your order if your package has not been delivered, so we can resolve it quickly.
Order Cancellations

Prepaid Orders: Cancellations are not allowed once placed, except in rare cases. If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery, but we will deduct shipping + return-to-origin charges (₹100) before refunding.

Cash on Delivery (COD): You may cancel before dispatch. However, if you cancel after confirming COD, future COD orders may be restricted on your account.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your refund doesn’t reflect, please contact your bank with the RRN number (which you can request from our team via email or WhatsApp).
